NOWPAP Marine Environmental Watch has been operated by the Ministry of
Environment of Japan and Northwest Pacific Region Environmental Cooperation
Center since 2001 to support implementation of Northwest Pacific Action Plan, a
part of Regional Seas Programme of the United Nation Environment Program.
This website provides remotely sensed information of marine environment
